The Nebraska Summer EBT eligibility checker helps you understand if you need to sign up for your child to receive Summer EBT.

Many children in Nebraska are automatically enrolled in Summer EBT, but some families need to apply for their children to receive the program. Before you get started on this form

It will take most people less than two minutes to complete this form. You will not need to provide any sensitive information about your child, but you may be asked if your child:

• Is enrolled in programs like SNAP
• Has been approved for free or reduced-price school meals
• Has a household income that is eligible to receive Summer EBT
