Coordinating SNAP & Nutrition Supports: Cohort 3 RFP Open!

The Coordinating SNAP & Nutrition Supports (CSNS) grant program will provide hands-on technical assistance and flexible funds to four sites made up of a SNAP agency and a community-based organization partner. The goal of CSNS 3.0 is to support SNAP agencies in partnering with trusted community organizations to improve access to SNAP and connected nutrition supports through customer-centered process innovation. Building on the lessons of the first two cohorts, CSNS 3.0 will invest in projects that strengthen cross-sector collaboration, improve the customer experience, and create sustainable process improvements that help children and families more easily access and maintain benefits.

We will select four sites. Sites may receive up to $1 million over the two-year grant period.
